In able to do so you can authorize us as Direct Representativeby downloading the agreement here, filling it in and returning it to us, signed by a legal personas referred to in the extraction of the Chamber of Commerce, together with a recent COC extraction

These terms and conditions of service constitute a legally binding contract between the “Company” and the “Customer”.
Unless provided otherwise, the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, latest version, as filed by FENEX with the court registry (registries) at the District Court(s) in Amsterdam (Rotterdam, Breda and Arnhem), are applicable to all our activities.
